Peter C. Freeman, Principal

    University of Oregon, 1979 (B.A., Honors College),  Pepperdine University School of Law, 1981 (J.D.). Admitted to California Bar December, 1981.    Mr. Freeman is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  He has been admitted to the Bar of the Federal Courts in Ohio, Colorado and the Northern District of California for specific matters.

    Mr. Freeman’s practice has emphasized business litigation matters since 1981.  Mr. Freeman’s representative clients include American Suzuki Motor Corporation, Freedom Communications, Inc., The Orange County Register,  Barr Lumber Company, Inc., Frize Corporation, Development Support Services Corporation, eCommerce Solutions, Inc., The Fischer-Herron Group, The Boston Globe Newspapers, Pacific Sunwear, Orange County Newschannel (OCN), Sign Language Eyewear, Three D Bed & Bath, Olea Exhibits/Displays, Inc., Olea Kiosks, Inc., Fuse Interactive, myOrangeCounty.com, W Automotive LLC, Fabcon Inc., OLEC Corporation, and Tri-Valley Tire Stores, Inc.  

    Mr. Freeman has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts and has participated in administrative hearings and proceedings in numerous states, including California Texas, Iowa, Oklahoma, Florida, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. 

    Mr. Freeman has been active in local business and civic organizations, including the Santa Ana-Tustin YMCA, Board of Managers 1983-1989 (Chairman, 1987-1989); the Santa Ana-North Rotary Club 1982-1999 (President, 1989-1990); Rotary International District 5320, and the Orange County Bar Association 1981-Present.
